Is My Information Safe on Facebook?

If you have created a profile on Facebook, or are thinking about becoming a member, you may wonder if your information will be safe on the site. To understand just how safe the data you have, or will provide on the site will be, you should first read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, as they will explain to you what happens to your info and what to expect.

With that in mind, the following are some things you should know about the safety of your information on Facebook:

- To access your full profile information, a person must be a member and ask you. Therefore, it is in your power to grant them access or deny their request.

- This social networking site limits the access third party search engine crawlers have to the information on your profile. Thus, while a searcher may find your name or profile picture, all other details remain hidden.

- If you use a third-party application that was developed using the Facebook Platform, these applications can access and share your personal facts with others based on your privacy settings, or if you permit them to access your data.

- Facebook contains links to other websites, but they are not responsible for another website's privacy practices, so make sure you read the privacy policies of other websites and don't volunteer any of your personal details if you don't know what will happen to them.

- You can deactivate your account, or change/remove any information in your profile at any time. The data that is removed will continue to exist in backup copies for a reasonable time period, but these details will not typically be made available to other Facebook members.

- Your profile is protected by a secured server and firewall. If you were to ever enter in your credit card number, or a password, this information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

Finally, keep in mind that when you post or share anything, such as photos, videos, etc. with third parties (I.E. friends, a person in your network, etc.) you do so at your own risk. Therefore, it's always in your best interest to not put any important personal details in your profile you don't want everyone to know, such as you residential address, or phone number. Not only could someone you don't want to hear from attempt to contact you with this information, they can also track you down and learn other important details about you through a phone number lookup service or other lookup.

Facebook Advantage and Disadvantages

Facebook - a popular name among those who are so into it. Individuals who have an account in Facebook are now using more of their time to socialize with other people amidst the distance and lack of time. And even if a community like Facebook serves numerous advantages, it also proves to have certain disadvantages as well. There are now series of improvements in the system just to make up with the shortcomings. Arguments regarding the different advantages and disadvantages of Facebook are stated below.

Advantages
· Allows user search for new and old friends
· Accessible to chosen universities having a high level of security
· Makes it less awkward when communicating with strangers or people you are not familiar with
· Love attraction - can be used as a dating service system
· Makes it easier to join groups having similar likes and dislikes
· Allows members to check students who are taking the same class, living within the same area, or coming from the same academy

Disadvantages
· Overcrowding
· Weakening long distance relationship
· Unsupported by physical adjacency
· Contributes wide-range procrastination
· Rampant addiction
· Stalking is possible
· Acquaintances be labeled as friends

Surely, the disadvantages don't pose a threat to you just by merely looking at it. Someone else has to prove that what users do with their profile is directly in proportion with what can happen to them. A user must understand what he is trying to give out otherwise things might get messy and people will mistook them as someone else.

It is quite obvious that a trade off is happening between the advantages and disadvantages of Facebook. While it increases the communication and connection between friends and the online community it also increases the risk of procrastination and makes it easier for others to stalk a user. Worse, some are actually punished for what they put on their profile and would claim that it was there only for fun.

Despite the above mentioned advantages and disadvantages of an online networking service, it still is gaining demand and popularity among the young crowd. There are about 10,000 students (professionals and young professionals not yet included) who are joining into Facebook every day. This is regardless of the age, race and country. Some are now trying to criticize the status of professionalism of this site whether it's just another fad like other online networking services are.

Using Facebook For Business

One of the most popular searches on Google is 'Using Facebook For Business' and with good reason. Facebook is a phenomenon that offers new ways to find customers and develop relationships. It can also help to build and reinforce your brand.

In this article I will outline some of the practical steps that you can take if you wish to use Facebook for Business.

  • use your Facebook Profile - a full-detailed page becomes available once people connect to you and it is your opportunity to create an impression and stamp your personality.

  • use Facebook Groups - you can set up (or join) a group on any topic. Within groups you have the ability to post text, discussions, photos, videos and links. As the owner of a group you can also send out messages to your members as often as you like. Members of groups can invite others to join and so it possible for a group to grow exponentially in a very short time. With popularity comes spam - so you will have to devote more time to moderating your groups as they grow larger.

  • Facebook Pages - a Facebook page can include HTML, Flash and Facebook applications. Fans can sign up to your pages (and pass them on to their friends) and you can again send messages. Don’t do anything naughty though, pages are monitored closely by Facebook!

  • News Feed and Mini Feed - the News Feed is what you everyone sees on their login page. It is a summary of what's going in your Facebook world - what your friends are doing, which applications they are installing, which groups they are joining - even simply changing their image, you get to know. The feeds are amongst the most powerful aspects in using Facebook for business. Consider this for a moment. In our viral marketing campaign, we connect with others and when they connect, their connections see the connection through their News Feed. Should some of their friends decide to connect, then their friends see the connection. And the chain reaction goes on.

  • Groups, Pages and Feeds - the foundation to viral marketing. What many organizations fail to do in trying to use Facebook for business is to apply what Malcolm Gladwell calls 'The Law of the Few'. There are three types of people who have disproportionate impact on others - connectors (know lots of people), mavens (find new information) and sales people (persuaders). These are the people that you want as fans for your pages and members of your groups. By targeting these people, rather than indiscriminately trying to connect with hundreds of people, your marketing can take on a life of its own. Your marketing will be driven by people who know your target audience and whom your target audience trust. The key principle is that using Facebook for business requires a rifle rather than a shotgun approach. You may be wondering how you get these connectors, mavens and salespeople on your side. The answer is simple - by offering something of value to them. Involve them in pre-launch activities, send them products for testing, ask for their opinions, hold events. You may notice the similarity with classic PR activities. That's exactly what they are. In the digital, socially-connected world, these people are the new journalists.

  • Facebook Events - Facebook Events is an interface for promoting ... events. You can create a page and invite friends to events through facebook and receive replies through the system.

  • Notes and Photos - you can share photos and blog posts and by 'tagging' they can appear in your friends' News Feed. This is not an opportunity for you to broadcast your stock product photos. You need to be creative in everything you do. It is the unusual and different that gets passed on. Bore them and you will be 'disconnected'.

  • use Facebook marketing applications such as Facebook Video, social RSS to promote your blog, IEndorse for testimonials and the various applications to connect with business networks such as LinkedIn and Xing.

  • Marketplace and Networks - in the past heavily spammed and so tread with caution.

Using Facebook For Business - The Key Principles

To summarize, to make the most effective use of Facebook for business you should:

  • participate by offering valuable and unique input

  • be proactive and create groups, pages and events

  • identify and network with 'the few'

  • get involved regularly -  this is a hands-on activity

How To Find A Phone Number Using Facebook

Among all of the social networking sites that are popping up all over the internet Facebook is among the top two in popularity. It has allowed people who would never have heard from each other again to reconnect no matter where they've gone in the world or what they've done. Furthermore, it also allows a great way to communicate, share, and play around with friends you have kept up with.

Though many people hesitate to include their mailing address in their Facebook profiles, some continue to include their telephone numbers or cell phone numbers so that friends are able to find their contact information quickly and give them a call when they want to reach each other. Therefore, Facebook is also a great way to find out the phone number or cell phone number of your friends and family - whether you already have it and you just need a quick place to look it up, or you've never received it before.

That being said, if you want to send your friend or family member a greeting card for their birthday or Christmas, for example, you can't do that with just their phone number. You need to find a way to use the information that you have to be able to locate a mailing address.

Fortunately, you can use reverse phone search sites which are designed to help you find out more about a phone number, including the address that is associated with it.

Furthermore, many of those sites also include a mapping feature that shows you where the place is on a map and may even be able to provide you with driving directions in case you want to pop over or deliver that greeting card in person.

This means that Facebook and other social networking sites become even better for helping you to keep in touch with friends and family, as they can be used in conjunction with reverse phone lookup sites that give you all of the missing information you need to keep in touch with them in many different ways. These tools were practically designed to work with one another.

Facebook For Car Dealers - Using Social Networking to Reach Your Customers

Does your car dealership have a Facebook page?  Should it? And how can car dealers use social networking to reach their customers?  Facebook provides a great opportunity for car dealers to not only reach their customers, but to better understand what they are looking for in a car dealership they want to buy from.

Facebook is a leader in social networking, and they have provided the opportunity for businesses to have a “Fan Page” that allows car dealers to put together a page that not only shares information about their dealership, but also allows them to interact with their customers, or as Facebook calls them, “Fans”.  The answer to “should you have a Facebook page for your car dealership is a definite “yes”!  Let’s look at how to setup your page.

If you do not have a Facebook account, go ahead and set one up.  There is no cost, and you will need to have a Facebook account first before you can setup a “Fan Page” as you need an administrator to manage your fan page. If you already have a personal page, and you are going to be the administrator of the fan page, then you can use your personal page.  It is important though that the administrator is the “face” of the organization represented.

Once you have logged into your Facebook account, you can create your new Facebook page.  For a car dealership, select “Local” and then select “Automotive Dealer” in the pull down menu.  From there, take the time to enter in all of the requested information, and make sure to upload some photos of your dealership.  A fan page without pictures will likely have little traffic on Facebook. Remember – this is a social networking site, and your fans will want a “face” to interact with.

Now the fun can begin. You have the ability to share pictures, videos, events, and messages with your fans, and guess what - they have the same ability to share items with you.  When you sell someone a new car, encourage them to take some photos of themselves with their new car and post them on your fan page for all to see.  Your fans can also share feedback about your dealership on your Facebook Fan Page, allowing you to learn and better understand what your customers are looking for in a great car dealership.

Do you have a big sale or special incentive this month?  You can share this with your fans via an “Update to all fans” or by scheduling an event. Are you curious as to why your customers came to your dealership?  Post something on your message boards and let them respond to you.  Social networking is about interaction with your customers.

Of course, your Fan Page needs “fans” to be successful.  Make sure to encourage all of your customers to become a fan of your page. Communicate to all of your customers that you have a fan page, and that you want to interact with them to better understand and serve them best.  Don’t forget to invite your employees as well.  The Facebook Fan Page is a great social networking tool that will help you become an even better car dealer!

Kevin Frye is the eCommerce Director of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family. He has successfully utilized social networking with his Cincinnati Mazda customers and his Cincinnati Chevy dealers customers to become the auto dealership they want to buy from. He would love for you to become a fan of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family fan page as well!

Social MLM - Using Facebook With Network Marketing

With more than 200 million users and 100 million users logging on each week, Facebook is one of the largest social networking sites available. It easily allows you to connect and talk with people all around the world. And now, you can use Facebook as one of your Social MLM tools. This article will show you how you can use Facebook with your network marketing business.

Know Someone before Talking with Them
Imagine walking down the street and as you are walking, you see a sign on everyones back. On the sign are the details about each person like age, occupation, likes, dislikes, friendly, kind, bad attitude and etc. You can then pick and choose exactly who you would talk to before contacting them.

And guess what, you can now do this via Facebook. This social MLM tool is a way to generate leads. The great thing about using Facebook in your MLM business is that you can learn about a person before actually talking with them. This is far better than cold contacting where you know little to nothing about the person you've just met.

Proper Way of Contacting on Facebook
In my opinion, the best way to meet someone on Facebook is to find people who share the same interests as you. For example, you may be a person whole loves dogs. You can find others who love dogs by using the search option available on Facebook. This can be the foundation of your conversation whenever you make contact with the person.

Another way of finding people with common interest as you is looking through the groups on Facebook. If you love dogs, there is a strong possibility that there are at least a few groups set up in Facebook where others love dogs as well. Instantly, that is a few hundred or few thousand people (depending on group size) you have found automatically, that love dogs. You can then establish a rapport with them.

When you have identified the person you want to contact, look through their profile (if you are able to). If you have to become their "friend" first, then be sure to send a message whenever you send the request to be their friend. In the message, you should tell them why you are contacting them. Therefore, if you are contacting them to talk about dogs, you should say something like "Hello, I see you are a dog lover too. I would like to be your friend so we can exchange ideas about dogs." If you do not add a message, chances are they will not add you as a friend.

Be Cautious
Please be sure to use your common sense when using Facebook. If you are talking with someone and you get a bad feeling about that person, then discontinue the conversation.

How Has Facebook Affected Marketing?

Social networking websites such as MySpace and Facebook has greatly affected marketing on the internet. Internet marketing is all about building relationships with people that should ultimately result in leads that are beneficial for the growth of your business. Facebook is one of the most popular social networking websites that is being used all over the world. If you intend to have an active online campaign to popularize your business you should make sure that Facebook marketing is also included in the campaign.

Facebook has thousands of communities with over 47 million users. This stat increases every week by 3%. Hence, Facebook has affected marketing considerably. All you need to do is create a Facebook profile page and interact with people regularly in a view to build relationship with other members on Facebook.

The next thing you need to do is make a Facebook page. It is nothing more than a public profile that allows you to share your business with others on Facebook. You should also make sure that the Facebook page contains good content. You should not only upload such content but also encourage readers to share views. It would be great if you add links to your articles that leads to your business website.

Facebook marketing can also be done by inviting others to be your friends. You need to get in touch with those people who have interest in same niche as yours. The idea is not to spam but to reach out to people who may be interested in your business.

You can also go ahead and invest in placing ads in Facebook. With 250,000,000 part of this social networking website, you are bound to make profits for your business. You will be paid either through pay per click or cost per impression method. You can also optimize the ads after checking the progress and also finding who is clicking on your advertisement. This is how Facebook has affected marketing.

Besides Facebook that has affected marketing on the internet remarkably, you can also make use of another fantastic way of internet marketing through which you can achieve great success. I am talking about two-tier affiliate marketing. This business is all similar to affiliate marketing wherein you use your website to promote an online merchant's products on your websites through ads. If there is a sale through your website, you are paid certain amount of money as commission. The potential of earning profits does not end here. You need to sign up more people (also known as sub-affiliates) to promote products of the same merchant. Once these sub-affiliates start earning you will also start gaining a percentage of commission from your sub-affiliates earnings.

Advertising on Facebook - 9 Useful Tips

Depending on your budget you can place a good and effective ad in Facebook, but alas! It does not matter at all if you don't have a huge corporate budget to invest, so no problem. Remember throwing a cost-effective good ad to a reservoir of millions of members, means as a mathematical rule that more than 20% would definitely be aware of your unique selling proposition (USP).

A good advice is when dealing with these social network systems for commercial purposes, is to have a little bit of Marketing knowledge for a better effectiveness. Facebook Marketing strategies and social network trends are constantly changing because of this ever increasing members data base. Facebook has been evolving from a puppy students network system and placing university students targeted banner-ads to a nowadays more huge and every day more complex advertising system.

In its recent past it was a rule to place a network-targeted banner ad, placing social ads is one of the most attractive ways to generate profits and the latest trend. Social ads system is strictly related to a friendlist and it takes into account personal details people put in their profiles, these particular ads can be displayed to segmented groups whether by age, gender, location, language, marital status, likes or dislikes preferences, keywords people put in their profiles and so on and so forth.

A Social Ad is basically a graph with a descriptive text. These appear either in people's news feeds or Facebook's Ads space (the lower part of every screen), this will depend on how much you want to pay either to be placed.

Here are some tips for you to place a free social ad, after that you can increase your budget depending on you and your overall campaign:

1 - Click on the Advertise link and click the 'get started' tab

2 - Try to define if you want to drive traffic to your website or to a Facebook fan page

3 - Define your target by choosing your preferred audience tab in a demographically basis if you wish

4 - Prepare a good brain-catching text and hire a graph designer for a visual impact graph, when you feel all is ok, upload it. The ad text should not be more than 25 characters concerning the title and 135 body text characters. The image to be uploaded it has to be set to 110 pixels wide x 80 pixels with 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. File size to be uploaded should not be more than 5 megabytes.

Facebook Social ads does not allow Flash animated graphs although they are working on that, meanwhile you can use external server or applications to keep it in your fan page. Please remember this golden rule: The headline text is more important than image, test more and more this until you are completely satisfied please with your overall CTR.

5 - Define what payment system you wish. You can choose either CPC or CPM

6 - Test your ad for any further error or mistake, once you are sure about all enter your credit card information to formally start your Facebook campaign

7 - Check your daily stats as well as in depth demographics, please always check your impressions and clicks you can do this in the daily stats tab, this can be also displayed as a nice graph form

8 - Remember prices usually come down and down the more people click your ad in a regular cpm and rate basis, therefore  tweak and click in order to improve your existing ad campaign a continues better ad click means a constantly lower click costs

9 - If you have a huge budget to spend you can use Facebook Beacon, Sponsored Marketplace listings, Sponsored stores or Sponsored groups. Is good to know that measuring the effectiveness of a social media campaign is sometimes hard to track.

There is not a sacred rule to follow however you can track the effectiveness by monitoring your web traffic, by measuring the ROI, by tracking how many contacts or followers are you having so far and very important the public perception and awareness of your brand, service or idea you are promoting or selling.

Facebook Marketing is growing in many countries out of USA, for example in Europe Facebook advertising ads are in a way cheaper than American one, Italy for example is the one leading so far. Those foreign clicks shows a less saturated projection and most of their final users are not just only college students. A constant increase on a demographically basis is touching Facebook, 30 years plus old users are now part of the family, making this business one of the most lucrative one's.

Remember is always good to start with a small target if you want to experience with this system, after that you can increase your expectations and budget of course.

Are You a Facebook Groupie?

This is the second article in a short series I am producing on Facebook and focuses on the use of Groups. After reading this article you will be familiar with Facebook groups and how they can propel your social web marketing when used correctly.

Groups in Facebook are a very flexible thing for people who market on the social web. Essentially I will go through the three things you can use them for. I will highlight the two things you must use them for and one optional.

Must

  • Create your own group - Some people fail to do this because they think no one will join a group they create. That's mistake number one. Facebook is 'group centric' social network, people love to join groups. They will join groups out of pure curiosity. Your group must be about value you can add to your group members. No selling of your products or services here, in fact avoid mentioning or having pictures of your products or services. This group is about adding value so must focus on the members as opposed to you.

The reason for this is because it sets you up as a Leader, this attracts people to you. If they like you then they can go to your Fan Page (covered in the next article) to find out about your business. This group is about establishing your social reputation, this is your social currency and is very precious so cultivate it.

Wait until you have 200 Friends then invite them all to the group at once. After that invite every new Friend to your group in your Introductory Message. Make sure there is a link to the group in the message. Facebook will kindly attach the image for your group and the blurb at the bottom of the message. I get about 20% - 30% opt-in at this stage.

Decide from the outset the group rules, and what you are offering and write them on the About section. The main decisions to make are; will you allow members to post links to their sales landing pages? (no Sales Landing Pages allowed in my group and it says any member posting a link to anything other than a social network profile or Blog will be banned) will you allow members to post videos? (members are unable to in mine because some used it as a way to get round the no sales page link)can members post to the wall and begin topics?(they can do both in mine). You decide your own rules but once you have then enforce them swiftly and consistently. That way you set the tone and again increase your reputation as a Leader.

Decide how often you are going to post topics and stick to what you say. If they are going to be on certain days say which days.

  • Joining groups - When you first join Facebook join at least 6 groups a week in your niche market. This is where you will get your new Friends from (as well as Twitter). Befriend 5 people a day. Use a 'cut and paste' message to make it easier. In the message just say 'hi' their first name and the fact as you are both in the same XXXX group it would be good to connect. You must name the group correctly where I have put XXXX.

Leave this out and your take up rate will plummet. It's there so they can check you are a member which some people will want to. When you get to 60 - 70 groups that should be enough. Avoid 'group hopping', joining a group befriending all the members then leaving. However if the group ends up being a 'dead group' no posts or member activity then leaving is legitimate. Using this strategy you will soon get the 200 Friends you need to start your own. 200 Friends before starting your own is for one simple reason, people look at the number of Friends you have when deciding whether to join your Group. I never join the Group of a Friend with less than 200 Friends because they have no social credentials yet.

  • Optional

  • Join groups to advertise your product or service - Some groups actively say you can place say one advertisement about your business. Now here's the thing. If you use a 'cut and paste' approach a pink warning box will pop up warning you the Facebook bots think you are 'spamming' and you can lose your account for it. If you decide to go down this road tread gently. Post 4 - 5 adverts each in a separate group that allows them and here's the key information, leave at least 5 minutes between each advert post. It will take longer than you like but should (and I take no responsibility for the accuracy of this statement because Facebook changes its rules all the time) keep you under the 'spamming radar'. My personal view - the risk is too high to do this on Facebook. You can find plenty of free Ning type business social networks that encourage adverts and even give you a free business page just Google 'business social networks'.
  • That is about it for Groups on Facebook and should provide you with a good primer.

The Dilemma Of Facebook For Marketeers As Private Individuals

I was intrigued by an e-mail invitation from an old friend to join her as one of her “friends” on Facebook, the on-line social networking website.

At the very least, it was an opportunity to catch up with an old friend so I readily registered and joined the network. After all, I already enthusiastically support FastPitch which is a business networking site, one of the fastest growing business networking communities in the world. Their online network provides me with a one-stop shop to network and market my marketing & PR business, make business connections, post & distribute press releases, market my company (and myself), promote my blog and more.

FastPitch necessarily contains much personal and business information so that other entrepreneurs have sufficient information to decide if they want to do business with me. So I had little reservation about recording lots of details about myself in Facebook.

However, the word on the street is that Facebook is preparing to introduce a new advertising plan that will let marketeers like me customise advertising for its more than 37 million customers. When you consider the amount of personal information we Facebook members have put into their pages, the potential for advertisers is unparalleled.

Here is the dilemma. I am happy for my business, and some personal, information to be recorded and being made widely available on FastPitch and welcome being contacted by business prospects across the globe. As an individual, I am happy for personal details to be available to my friends across the Facebook network; after all, since joining my initial friend on Facebook I have enjoyed being contacted by many old friends and renewed many former acquaintances.

However, with the Internet becoming a key component of our daily social experience, and people sharing more and more of their personal information, protecting one’s privacy has become that much more of a challenge.

The reality is that those using sites like Facebook and MySpace (rumoured to be following in Facebook’s footsteps) can now be very easily targeted by marketeers like me with very specific offerings. Heck, they even know that I have a 3 year old dog that I brought home from a rescue centre; just think of the marketing opportunities that creates. But I didn’t join Facebook to be a commercial target.

I will be watching this new development very carefully over the coming months. I will be disappointed if I have to pull the plug on my Facebook but, as someone who already suffers from huge volumes of spam mail every day, I do not want to be a further marketing target!

Facebook, Twitter and Widgets - Oh My!

Don't let the social networking terminology deter you from this fast growing avenue for fundraising ideas. It's time to jump on and understand why this approach should be part of your organization's overall fundraising strategy.

Fundraising is all about telling many people about your mission and reaching them where they are - and right now many are networking online. The reach of member communities, which includes social networking and blogging sites, increased 5.4 percent in active reach in the past year, according to a Nielsen report. Nielsen Online has NetView panels in the United States, Brazil, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Australia.

Just from these countries alone, there was incredible growth of 18% of time spent online between December 2007 and December 2008. That number is significant but what's mind blowing is the time people are spending online in these member communities. According to the Nielson Online report this number exploded 63% to 45 billion minutes. In the case of Facebook, time increased by a mammoth 566%, from 3.1 billion minutes in 2007 to 20.5 billion minutes in 2008. These communities even beat "email" once seen as the new frontier just a few short years ago, in active reach by December 2008, according to the survey.

So, you know this "technology" is worth looking into but if you need some clear definitions of what these things actually are here are the basics:

Facebook is a free social networking website that is operated and privately owned by Facebook, Inc.   Users can join networks organized by city, workplace, school and region to connect and interact with other people. People can also add friends and send them messages, pictures, and update their personal profiles to notify friends about themselves. Most importantly for fundraising...people can join "causes" (your non-profit organization) or support individual fundraising efforts.

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users' updates known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length which are displayed on the user's profile page and delivered to other users who have subscribed to them (known as followers). Tweet to your constituents about your organization's great work, inform them of an upcoming fundraiser, call for volunteers - it's positively tweet-a-rific!

Widgets - a widget is anything that can be embedded within a page of HTML (in other words a web page). A widget adds some content to the page that is not static. Generally widgets are originated by third parties but they can be homemade. Embeddable chunks of code have existed since the early development of the web. For fundraising purposes,  widgets can be associated with different campaigns within your website or direct people to your website from another location, like Facebook

Go on - it's time to step into this new social reality with your fundraising. The great thing about these tools is that they are virtually free and in the case of Facebook and Twitter, completely free.  Don't think of abandoning traditional fundraising methods of course. But consider how social networking can enhance your overall fundraising strategy by bringing fresh fundraising ideas, attracting new audiences and potentially new donors!
